Saudi Re to start e-voting on OGM from Feb. 20

Shareholders of Saudi Reinsurance Co. (Saudi Re) will start e-voting on the agenda of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) from Feb. 20 via Tadawulaty services, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on the appointment of the auditor at the OGM slated on Feb. 23.
