HRSD ministry rules out plans to reduce work week: Spokesperson

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) ruled out plans to reduce the number of working days in a week, said Saad Al Hammad, spokesperson for the ministry, on his official Twitter account.

 

The latest media reports on reducing the number of working days is incorrect, Al Hammad said.

 

He further indicated that the current periodical review of the applicable system aims to create job opportunities and boost local as well as international investments.
