FIPCO shareholders approve audit committee formation

Filling and Packing Materials Manufacturing Co. (FIPCO) shareholders approved forming an audit committee for the new session, starting Feb. 17, 2022, until Dec. 31, 2024, at the ordinary general meeting held on Feb. 17. 

 

They also defined the committee’s duties, work regulations and member remunerations for the new session, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The members are Fawzi Ibrahim Alhobayeb, Khaled Ali Otain, and Hathal Safar Alotaibi.
