Al Akaria shareholders to vote on audit committee formation on March 13

Saudi Real Estate Co.'s (Al Akaria) shareholders will vote on the formation of the new audit committee starting March 17, 2022, until Jan. 30, 2025, along with its functions, regulations, and remunerations during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled on March 13, according to a bourse statement.

The audit committee will include Mohammed Al Smari, Mohammed Al Eyaide, Abdulaziz Al Babtain and Faisal Al Khani.

They will also vote on approving the audit committee charter and the additional costs of the external auditor related to the issuance of the financial statements for 2019.

The e-voting on agenda items will start from March 9 through Tadawulaty services.
