Fahd bin Hussein bin Mushait, Deputy Governor of the State Properties General Authority (SPGA) for Investment and Business Development, said that the authority is working on building 10 government headquarters in the Kingdom during the current year.

Speaking during a session held as part of the Future of Real Estate Forum today, bin Mushait added that the value of these projects exceeds SAR 10 billion, including the Judicial Complex project in Jeddah, which will be launched next week, to bring together 7 courts inside one complex, thus reducing costs by 30%.

Additional projects will be launched in Makkah within a month, and in Riyadh within two months, said the official.

He explained that the authority is looking into the needs of the entities that use the rental portfolio and is working on building and meeting their needs.
