Al Akaria obtains license to sell off-plan for Al Akaria Park project

Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) obtained on Feb. 24 a license to sell off-plan for Al Akaria Park project, which is located in the east of Riyadh, north of Dammam Road, No. 123.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Al Akaria said the license is 3,222 units and the sale is scheduled to start on March 1.
