Amana extends board membership nomination period

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. extended the nomination period for board of directors' membership until March 15 due to the lack of a sufficient number of qualified candidates, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

 

The nomination period was earlier set to expire on March 1.
