Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Thursday.

1) Theeb Rent a Car Co. posted a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 125.7 million for 2021, up 99% year-on-year (YoY).

2) Astra Industrial Group posted a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 202.4 million in 2021, a rise of 75% YoY.

3) Taiba Investments Co. turned to a net loss after Zakat and tax of SAR 117.3 million in 2021.

4) Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 57.9 million for 2021, down 58.5% YoY.

5) Saudi Industrial Services Co.'s (SISCO) board of directors recommended to distribute a 4% cash dividend, or SAR 0.40 per share, for 2021.

7) SABB Takaful Co. announced the renewal of the money insurance policy worth SAR 3.25 million with Saudi British Bank (SABB), a related party.

8) Saudi Steel Pipe Co. won contracts to supply steel pipes for oil and gas to Tenaris Global Services in Uruguay, at an estimated value of SAR 88.5 million.

7) Maharah Human Resources Co.’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Growth Avenue Investment Co., extended the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed earlier to acquire a 40% stake in Salis for Trading and Marketing Co. (Soror.app) by three months until June 1, 2022.

8) Brent crude on Thursday gained $3.47 to reach $116.40 per barrel. WTI crude also increased $2.72 to reach $113.32/bbl.
