Buruj shareholders elect new board members

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders elected a new board for the upcoming three-year term, during an ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), held on March 7, according to a bourse filing.

 

The new board term will commence on March 9, and end on March, 8, 2025, the company added.

 

Members of the new board include Yasser Youssef Naghi, Ahmed Mohammed Hamed Al-Marzouqi, Adel Abdullah Al-Summon, Zine El Abidine Abdullah Berri, Ziad Bassam Al-Bassam, Bader Mohammed Aleisa, and Sultan Fahad Alrashed.
