Al-Omran opens board nominations today

Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. opens today, March 9, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting Sept. 18, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until April 10, 2022, the statement added.
