Mobily was incorporated as a joint stock company on Aug. 18, 2004. The telco started its activities on Dec. 14, 2004, at the time of its incorporation announcement.
The Kingdom's second largest mobile operator was listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Dec. 20, 2004.
