The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) said flexible work contracts via MRN platform surpassed 32,000 in Q4 2021.
The flexible work policy aims to support localization, provide job opportunities for nationals, cut unemployment rates, provide more flexible jobs for Saudis with less working hours, Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported.
The ministry said the most-in-demand jobs were sellers, sellers of ration supply, technical services consultants and administrative assistants.
Among the top activities that benefited from flexible work system were construction of buildings, logistics services, retail and wholesale trading, building maintenance services, and programming, the ministry explained.
