Tadawul approves listing of govt debt instruments worth SAR 36.6 bln

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) approved the listing request of Saudi government-issued debt instruments from a class already listed, submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the listing rules with a total value of SAR 10.38 billion.

  

This includes the increase in issuance Jan. 8, 2022 (Tadawul code: 5318) by SAR 3.58 billion to SAR 12.35 billion, as well as the increase in issuance Jan. 12, 2022 (Tadawul code: 5319) by SAR 6.8 billion to SAR 10.04 billion.

  

The listing of government debt instruments will start from Sunday, March 20.

 

In a separate filing, Tadawul approved the listing request of the debt instruments issued by the Saudi Finance Ministry as per the listing rules worth SAR 26.24 billion.

 

These debts instruments include issuance number (March 5, 2022) with a total value of SAR 2.59 billion and issuance number (March 7, 2022) with a total value of SAR 1.95 billion. They also include issuance number (March 10, 2022) with a total value of SAR 13.21 billion and issuance number (March 15, 2022) with a total value of SAR 8.49 billion.

 

 Accordingly, listing and trading the government debt instruments will commence from Monday, March 21.
