Shares of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. hit their highest level since December 2019, at SAR 11.96, today, March 21.

 

Established on July 18, 2000, Dar Al Arkan was converted into a joint-stock company by a ministerial decision issued on July 17, 2005, before being listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) in December 2007.

Dar Al Arkan’s core business is to buy properties and land plots, as well as, construct buildings and use them for investment purposes. Its business portfolio also comprises selling or renting, general contracting of residential and commercial buildings (construction, repair, demolition and restoration). It is also involved in the wholesale and retail of sanitary materials, building materials, plumbing tools, electricity, paints, office tools and cars in cash and installments.
