Jahez ready to move to main market, awaits right time: CEO

Jahez International Company for Information System Technology is ready to move to the main market, CEO Ghassab bin Mandeel said.

 

At the Saudi Capital Market Forum 2022 held today, March 22, Mandeel explained that Jahez has not yet submitted any request for transition to the main market, and the decision has not been discussed internally. 

 

Jahez will take this step, when the time is ripe, he added. 

 

On Jan. 5, Jahez began trading on Nomu Parallel Market, after 1.89 million shares, or 18% of its capital, were floated at SAR 850 a share, Argaam reported.
