Herfy says court upholds ruling, dismisses SAR 37.6 mln claim by former exec

Herfy Food Services Co. announced that Labor Court of Appeal upheld a previous ruling on dismissing the labor case filed against the company by former managing director Ahmed Al-Saeed, according to a bourse filing. 

 

The lawsuit is regarding the plaintiff’s claim for SAR 37.6 million, including vacation leave balance for 40 years ago and end-of-service benefits.

 

In December 2021, a preliminary court ruling was delivered dismissing the labor case filed by Al-Saeed before the Labor Court in Riyadh, Argaam earlier reported.
