Al Maather REIT’s board member resigns

Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. said Al Maather REIT Fund’s board member, Abdulaziz Al Omran, submitted his resignation, effective as of March 24, according to a bourse filing. 

 

Accordingly, Al Maather REIT's board will comprise Ziad Al-Rugaib as chairman, in addition to Adeeb Abanmi, Abdulrahman Al-Mudaimigh, Mazin Al-Dawood and Hisham Tuffaha, the fund manager added.
