Fitaihi Holding Group's board of directors recommended today, March 27, withholding dividends for H2 2021, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

The board's recommendation is due to its aim to finance the group's investment operations to increase the return on shareholders' equity.

The recommendation will be submitted to the upcoming general assembly meeting that will be held after obtaining the regulatory approval.

In November, Fitaihi’s board approved the distribution of a 5% cash dividend, or 0.50 per share, for H1 2021.
