MIS announces upgrade of subsidiary license to ‘C level’

Al-Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced that its 50%-owned subsidiary, Edarat Communications and Information Technology Co., obtained a license to provide cloud computing services “B level”, according to a bourse filing.

 

MIS added that the subsidiary was upgraded to “C level”.

 

The upgrade allows Edarat to deal with all spectrums of government data, including secret data and top-secret data, in addition to what was previously available data of individuals, private sector, and non-profit entities (confidential and public data).

 

In June 2020, Edarat obtained a license to provide cloud computing services (level 1), Argaam earlier reported.
