Raydan Food shareholders to elect board members on April 20

Raydan Food Co.'s shareholders will vote on electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term, ending on April 20, 2025, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on April 20, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on forming the audit committee and setting their fees for the upcoming three-year session, ending on April 20, 2025.
