Swicorp Wabel REIT’s board member resigns

Alinma Investment Co. said Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund’s board member, Abdulaziz Al Omran, submitted his resignation, effective as of March 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

Accordingly, Swicorp Wabel REIT’s board will comprise Faisal Al Abdulkarim and Abdullah Sulaiman Al Dahayan as dependent members, in addition to Ahmed Abdulaziz bin Hassan as an independent member, the fund manager added.
