Sipchem board member resigns

Sahara International Petrochemical Co.’s (Sipchem) board of directors approved today, March 30, the resignation of Yousef Abdulrahman Al-Zamil, a non-executive board member, according to a bourse filing.

 

The resignation was submitted on March 16, due to other work-related engagements.
