Saudi Chemical to establish logistics services JV

Saudi Chemical Holding Co. (SCHC) announced in a bourse filing that Chemical Company for Commercial Investment Ltd. (CCCI) signed an exclusive partnership deal with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics to establish a logistics services joint venture company.

 

The new entity, Hellmann – CCCI Healthcare Logistics, is the first of its kind in the health industry in the region.

 

It will provide shipping, loading, unloading, warehousing, and distribution services in line with highest standards of quality, safety, and security.

 

This partnership aims to boost the Kingdom’s position in the logistics industry as a trade hub linking three continents and comes in line with the National Transformation Program and the Saudi Vision 2030.
