Saudi Ceramic Co.'s building

Saudi Ceramic Co.’s (Saudi Ceramics) board of directors approved the appointment of Yousef Aba Al Khail as Chairman and AbdulAziz Al Khereiji as Vice-Chairman. 

 

The executive committee was also formed to include Yousef Aba Al Khail as Chairman as well as Muteb Al Shathri, Majed Al Issa, Sami Al Essa as members.   

 

The remuneration and nominations committee comprises AbdulAziz Al Khereiji as Chairman, as well as Asim Al-Juraid and Muhammed Al-Qurainees as members.   

 

The company also appointed its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
