Takween shareholders to appoint auditor on May 11

Takween Advanced Industries Co. shareholders will vote to appoint and set the fees of an auditor for the company, during the ordinary general assembly meeting on May 11, according to a bourse filing.

 

The appointed auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3, Q4 and FY 2022 and Q1 2023, the company added.

 

Shareholders will also vote on approving the board and auditor's reports on FY 2021.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the business and contracts concluded between Takween and other companies including Al-Othman Agricultural Production & Processing Co (NADA) and Al Othman Holding.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty system will be able to participate and electronically vote on the agenda items as of May 5.
