City Cement opens nominations for board membership today

City Cement Co. announced today, April 5, opening of board membership nominations for the next three-year term, starting June 19, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

Nomination will be received no later than May 5.

 

The new board will be elected for the new term during the upcoming general assembly meeting, the date for which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
