Saudi Cable names 2 audit committee members

Saudi Cable Co.’s board of directors appointed two audit committee members for the current term ending on Jan. 13, 2024, according to a bourse filing.

These two members are Omar Bahathiq and Ghaith R. Fayez.

Bahathiq holds a master of business administration (MBA) from the IESE Business School in Barcelona and a bachelor’s degree of science in accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.

Fayez holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Manchester, and he has more than 20 years of experience in the field of internal auditing.

These appointments are subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.
