SASCO concludes transfer of 80% stake in NAFT

Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) completed today, April 7 the transfer of the 80% stake in NAFT Services Co., according to a bourse filing.

 

SASCO announced on January 25, 2022, its acquisition of an 80% stake in NAFT for SAR 1.1 billion.
