1) Saudi Tadawul Group Holding (Tadawul Group) completed the roll-out of new enhancements to develop the post-trade services infrastructure.
2) Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) signed a short-term, Shariah-compliant facilities agreement with Saudi EXIM Bank to enhance the company’s tendency for expanding exports.
3) Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) completed the transfer of the 80% stake in NAFT Services Co.
4) Arab Sea Information Systems Co. finalized the establishment of its subsidiary, Era Data Information Technology.
5) Alinma Tokio Marine Co. received a renewal letter for the extended warranty program insurance policy with Abdul Latif Jameel Co. Ltd., with insurance premiums estimated at SAR 25.68 million, 5% higher from 2021.
6) Brent crude rose 2.19% to close at $102.78 per barrel on Friday. WTI crude gained 2.32% to reach $98.26/bbl.
