GAS shareholders approve 20% cash dividend for 2021

Gas Arabian Services Co.'s (GAS) shareholders approved on April 11 the board of directors' recommendation on distributing a 20% cash dividend, or SAR 2 per share, totaling SAR 31.60 million, for 2021.

The board of directors was also authorized to pay interim quarterly or semiannual dividends for 2022.

 

This is the first time for GAS to announce dividend payout since its listing on Nomu Parallel Market last February, according to Argaam data.
