JAZADCO appoints Sultan Al-Mubarak as Chairman, Feras Albawardi as Vice Chairman

Jazan Energy and Development Co.'s (JAZADCO) board of directors appointed, today, April 13, Sultan Al-Mubarak as Chairman and Feras Albawardi as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing. 

 

The board of directors also appointed members of the executive and investment committee, the nominations and remuneration committee, and the audit committee. 

 

It also appointed the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
