Edaa completes securities quantity increase for Bank Albilad

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented today, April 14, a securities quantity increase for Bank Albilad's eligible holders.

 

On April 11, the bank's shareholders approved increasing capital from SAR 7.5 billion to SAR 10 billion by distributing bonus shares at 33.3%, or one share for every three shares.
