Saudi Aramco to disclose Q1 2022 financials, dividend on May 15

Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) will disclose financial results and dividend plan for Q1 2022 before the start of trading on Sunday, May 15.

 

The preliminary report for Q1 2022, which contains the full financial statements, will be published on Monday, May 16, 2022, said the company.

 

It added that, as usual, there will be no electronic broadcast of the results of Q1 2022, and the electronic broadcast will be made during the announcement of the half-year results in August 2022.

 

Al Rajhi Capital earlier expected that Aramco would post SAR 136.6 billion in profit for Q1 2022, a 74% increase from the same period in 2021.
