stc shareholders to begin e-voting on OGM agenda on April 15

stc announced that e-voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) slated for April 19, will start on April 15, at 10:00 am, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders will vote on the company’s financial statements, as well as the board and auditor’s reports for 2021.

They will also vote on delegating the board of directors with the OGM powers for one year from the shareholders’ approval date or until the end of the board term, whichever is earlier, Argaam earlier reported.
