SAPTCO appoints Khalid AlHogail as Managing Director

Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) appointed Khalid bin Abdullah AlHogail as an executive board member - Managing Director, effective as of April 14, for the current board term ending on Dec. 31, 2024, according to a bourse filing.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the company's upcoming general assembly.

 

AlHogail holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from King Saud University. He has extensive experience in public transportation field.

 

Khalid AlHogail is currently SAPTCO’s CEO from 2006 to date.

 

In addition, he is the President of the International Association for Public Transport (UITP) and Chairman of the Arab Union of Land Transport in Arab States League.
