Saudi Printing & Packaging Co. invited its shareholders to participate in the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), to be held online on May 16, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will vote on audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2021. They will vote to appoint an external auditor to review and audit financial statements of Q2, Q3, Q4 and 2022, as well as the first quarter of 2023.
They will also vote to discharge board members from liabilities for 2021, in addition to voting on the renewal of some contracts and transactions.
Starting from May 13, shareholders will participate and vote on the meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system, as per the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) circular issued on March 16, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
