Fitaihi to start e-voting on OGM agenda on April 18

Fitaihi Holding Group will start tomorrow, April 18, e-voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for April 21, according to a bourse filing.
 

The company’s shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022.
 

Shareholders will also vote on the audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2021.
 

They will decide on the board of directors’ recommendation on withholding cash dividend for H2 2021.
 

The voting items also include discharging board members from liabilities for 2021, according to data available with Argaam.
