Saudi Catering shareholders to vote on authorizing board to pay interim dividend for 2022 on May 11

Shareholders of Saudi Airlines Catering Co. (SACC) will vote on authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for May 11, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will also vote on the transactions and contracts made by the company and Newrest Holding Group and Al-Hokair Holding Group.

 

The shareholders can start voting on the agenda items from May 7, SACC added.
