Saudi Printing’s subsidiary wins SAR 37.8 mln contract from Ministry of Education

Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. (SPPC) said that Al Madina Printing and Publication Co. (MPPC) was awarded on April 19 a contract worth SAR 37.8 million by the Ministry of Education for printing and supplying school books for the academic year 2022.

 

Al Madina is directly and indirectly 100%-owned subsidiary of SPPC.

 

SPPC expects the contract to be signed on April 28, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The relevant financial impact is likely to show in the second and third quarters of 2022, SPPC added, noting that there are no related parties to the contract.
