Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.
1) Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) reported a 12% year-on-year (YoY) rise in Q1 2022 net profit to SAR 875 million.
2) National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) posted a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 64.9 million for Q1 2022, a rise of 49% YoY.
3) Elm Co. reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 250 million for the first quarter of 2022, a 48% increase YoY.
4) Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (HMG) posted a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 390.5 million in Q1 2022, a rise of 22% YoY.
5) Thob Al Aseel Co. posted a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 19 million for the first quarter of 2022, a rise of 36% YoY.
6) Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 8.02 million for Q1 2022, a YoY decrease of 33.2%.
7) HMG’s board of directors recommended the distribution of an 8.3% cash dividend, or SAR 0.83 per share, for Q1 2022.
8) Anaam International Holding Group inked a non-binding MoU to acquire a 55% stake in Abu Zaid Restaurants Co Ltd.
9) Maharah Human Resources Co.’s subsidiary, Growth Avenue Co., signed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire 40% shares in Saudi Medical Systems Co.
10) Brent crude fell 2.93% to reach $103.52 per barrel. WTI crude declined 3.06% to reach $98.95/bbl.
