Tabuk Cement to pay 2021 cash dividend on May 15

Tabuk Cement Co. will start distributing the 2021 cash dividend at 2.5% of capital, or SAR 0.25 a share, on May 15, according to a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders by the close of trading on April 21, 2022, and those registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the record date are eligible for the dividend.

 

On April 24, the company’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation on SAR 0.25 per share cash dividend for 2021, Argaam reported.
