Al Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Al Rajhi Takaful) shareholders will vote on appointing auditors and setting their fees, during an ordinary general assembly meeting, scheduled for May 23, according to a bourse filing.
The auditors will review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2022, as well as Q1 2023, the company added.
Shareholders will also vote on financial statements, as well as board and auditor’s reports for 2021.
The meeting agenda includes paying SAR 1.46 million as remunerations for board members and discharging them from liability for 2021.
