MESC shareholders to vote on electing board members on May 19

Shareholders of Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) will vote on electing members for the next three-year term, starting July 2, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for May 19.

 

They will also vote on the audit committee formation for the same three-year term, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The shareholders will also vote on MESC’s financial statements, as well as the board and auditor’s reports for 2021.

 

Other agenda items include the appointment of an external auditor and voting on the transactions and contracts, which will be concluded between MESC and Middle East Fiber Cable Manufacturing Co. (MEFC) and Contractors Services Co.

 

Shareholders can start online voting on the agenda items through Tadawulaty website on May 16.
