Equipment House’s board appoints new audit committee member

Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co. board of directors approved, today, April 28, the appointment of Mohammed Abdelfattah Mohammed Abdelfattah as a member of the audit committee, according to a bourse filing.

The board decision will be put up for approval during the next general assembly meeting.

Abdelfattah holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certificate from the Institute of Management Accountants. He has 23 years of experience in accounting
