ACWA Power selected as preferred bidder for two solar projects in Indonesia

ACWA Power Co. said it received a notification letter on April 29 for being selected as the preferred bidder to develop two solar PV projects in Indonesia.

 

The projects are Singkarak Floating PV 50 MWac, Sumatera and Saguling Floating PV 60 MWac, Java, according to a bourse filing today, May 8.

 

The offtaker for the projects is PLN, a government-owned national utility.

 

ACWA Power will now work with the relevant stakeholders to take this project toward the final award stage.

 

Any developments in this regard will be announced in due course.

 

The financial impact of this development is not applicable at this stage, the statement noted.
