Al Rawabi Investment and Real Estate Development Co. (Enma Al Rawabi) said that its second ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) was not convened on May 8, due to the lack of quorum.

The company will subsequently call for another OGM after setting its date and obtaining the approval of the competent authorities. The second meeting will be held regardless of the quorum.

Last month, Enma Al Rawabi invited its shareholders to vote on the board's recommendation on distributing a 5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.50 per share, for 2021, during the first OGM scheduled for May 8, according to data compiled by Argaam.
