Bahri intends to issue sukuk worth SAR 3.9 bln

National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) intends to issue SAR-denominated sukuk, with a value of SAR 3.9 billion, according to a bourse statement.

 

The purpose of the offer is to refinance the company’s existing sukuk, which will mature on July 30, 2022.

 

The sukuk offer is subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities, the statement noted.
