Hadaf, GACA sign MoC to support Saudi aviation careers

The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) and General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) signed a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) to train, qualify and employ national cadres in aviation professions, according to a statement today, May 8.

 

The MoC also contributes to improving employment opportunities for Saudi young men and women as well as their sustainability in the labor market.

 

The statement explained that the MoC aims to enhance and unify efforts to Saudize 29 air transport professions.

 

In addition, it targets launching joint initiatives and quality training programs to empower, qualify and support Saudis working in private sector entities in civil aviation field.

 

Hadaf seeks to boost the national cadres’ participation in the labor market as well as their job stability.

 

Under the MoC, the two parties will work to strengthen the relationship with private sector entities by holding workshops to identify the sector's needs and introduce programs and initiatives that support the Saudization of air transport professions. They will also convene periodic job meetings to achieve optimal benefit from Hadaf's programs.
