JAZADCO starts e-voting on EGM agenda today

Jazan Energy and Development Co.’s (JAZADCO) started today, May 11, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), which will be held on May 15, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on forming an audit committee, setting its duties and remuneration at the EGM.
