Budget Saudi starts e-voting on EGM

United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) shareholders started, on May 13, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM), slated on May 17, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders are set to vote on the distribution of a 13% cash dividend for the second half of 2021.
